Ingredients
4 ounces of shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 eggs
2 cups of Black Rice
4 teaspoons Gluten Free Soy sauce
2 tsp Chicken bouillon
4 green onion
2 tsp of oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp of salt
Directions
Prepare Black Rice according to cooking instruction
Heat oil on pan until hot. Add in shrimp and season with garlic and salt. Cook shrimp on both sides for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove shrimp from and garlic from pan.
Add another teaspoon of oil. Stir-fry eggs onto pan until fully cooked, add cooked Black Rice with gluten free soy sauce and chicken bouillon powder.
Chop up green onions and add to the fried rice. Add back in the shrimp and mix well.
Plate up and serve.
