1. What is gluten-free?

Gluten is most commonly found in wheat products and can cause serious allergic reactions to those with celiac disease. Many people have sensitivities to gluten, even if they are not completely gluten-intolerant. Gluten-free products are made without gluten and meant to be enjoyed everyone.  

2. Are your noodles gluten-free?

Yes! As a commitment to our customers, all of our noodles are gluten-free certified.

3. What is non-GMO?

GMO foods may include plant, animal or other organisms that have been created or modified with genetic engineering techniques in a laboratory. Non-GMO means that none of the ingredients have been genetically modified. Essentially, non-GMO foods are how we imagine our food products should be created: with natural ingredients harvested from the earth.

4. Are your noodles non-GMO?

Yes! Our research and development team takes pride in providing you with health conscious non-GMO noodles. 

5. What is vegan?

Vegan foods are made without animal products. This means both the animal itself, but also its bi-products such as eggs, milk, butter, honey, etc. 

6. Are your noodles vegan?

All of our noodles are vegan. However some of our soup bases and flavor packets are not vegan. Some may contain fish or shrimp, so please refer to the ingredients list for each product.
