Mie Goreng Brown Rice Noodles
2 packages of Gloryland Brown Rice Noodles
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
2 stalks of chopped scallion
2 tablespoon of oil
6 shrimp deveined and peeled
½ teaspoon of salt
2 minced garlic cloves
2 oz of shredded cabbage
Prepare noodles according to package instruction. Mix together oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce.
Sautee shrimp in a pan on medium heat with oil. Add in minced garlic and fry two minutes on both sides. Add in cabbage and noodles into skillet with the sauce mixture. Toss noodles and ingredients for one minute until well combined.
Plate up the noodles and garnish with chopped scallion. Serve and enjoy.
