Ingredients
4 packages of Gloryland Royal
7 oz of smoked salmon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 and ½ cup of creme fraiche
½ cup of reserved noodle water
1 tablespoon of capers
1 lemon zest
3 tablespoon parmesan
2 tablespoon of chives
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare noodles to package instruction, reserve ½ cup of noodle water. Heat 1 tablespoon at olive oil in pan and add minced garlic and cook briefly over low heat for 1 minute. Add creme fraiche, lemon zest, and capers and heat through. Make sure heat is set to low to keep sauce smooth. Add boiling water to pot and stir to combine.
Add smoked salmon cut into strips, cook for a couple minutes. Toss cooked noodles to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with more parmesan cheese and chopped chives. Serve and enjoy.
