Ingredients
2 packages of Black Rice Noodles
12 ounces of minced ground turkey
2 tablespoon of oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of salt
4 tablespoon of Sichuan barbeque seasoning mix
2 ounces of chopped green onion
1 large bok choy chopped
Directions
Add ground turkey to frying pan with oil on medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and salt. Fry up the turkey for 3-5 minutes until fully cooked. Add the Sichuan barbeque seasoning mix to the turkey.
Prepare noodles to package instructions. Add in bok choy and stirfry for a minute. Add in noodles and toss in minced turkey coating.
Garnish with green onion, serve and enjoy.
